Suzanne was the agent we used when we bought our 1st home 4 years ago and she got us exactly what we wanted for what we wanted and put our needs ahead of everything. That is why it was a simple decision when we chose to sell that house. The house went on the market Friday and after open houses on Saturday and Sunday, we took offers on Monday. We had 4 offers all over the asking price…we ended up getting $7200 over that price.
